All Slots Online Wins on Cash Splash Progressive
All Slots Online Wins on Cash Splash Progressive By: Fabian Rictor, Thursday May 17th 20120 Comments Email PrintIn May two Canadian players at All Slots online casino won progressive jackpot payouts on the popular Microgaming slot machine Cash Splash. This information was provided by the Press Desk of All Slots online casino. “You can practically hear her splashing in cash,” reports the Press Desk of the hit made by Cathy S of Trenton, Ontario on May 5. The amount that she won was a whopping 63,795 Canadian dollars wagering on the five-reel version of Cash Splash. For a progressive jackpot that pays about 25,000 credits on an average this was one of the biggest jackpot hits in Cash Splash history. Trenton is a small town on the north shore of Lake Ontario. It is because of online casinos like All Slots that players in the smaller towns can gamble from their homes. All of Trenton is aware of Cathy’s good fortune and is proud of her. Less than a week after Cathy’s big hit, Elsa J of Inuvik, Northwest Territories, won the progressive jackpot on the five-reel Cash Splash online slot. Elsa’s hit of 30,268 Canadian dollars was more in line with the average payout and came on May 11. This was not the first time that Elsa had won the Cash Splash jackpot. A little over a year ago, in April 2011, Elsa had won 12,317 Canadian dollars playing at All Slots online casino. The Press Desk says, “Clearly, there appears to be something special, even magical, going on with Canadian players and their amazing luck at 5-reel Cash Splash online progressive slots.” And if you were amazed at All Slots online casino reaching Trenton, wait till you hear about Inuvik. Inuvik is located 200 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle. It has 24 hours of daylight during summer and 24 hours of darkness in the winter. The minimum annual temperature is often minus 57 degrees Celsius. These are conditions that most people would find difficult to even imagine, let alone endure. And yet players like Elsa can wager on online casino games over there. The All Slots online casino Press Desk congratulated both Cathy and Elsa on their Cash Splash jackpot wins. On behalf of the entire management and staff of the online casino, the Press Desk wished them continued success and was sure that there would be more Canadian winners to congratulate in the days and months ahead. The Press Desk also informed that though both Cathy and Elsa won on the five-reel Cash Splash, All Slots online casino also offers a three-reel version of the game that is networked to the same progressive jackpot. All Slots online casino is a brand of the Jackpot Factory group. It is powered by software from Microgaming and is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. The awards cover all the major disciplines such as betting and gaming software, networks, mobile gaming, payments solutions, recruitment, IT and infrastructure. The awards ceremony was held at The Atrium at Wembley Stadium in London. It was preceded by a cocktail reception and a gala dinner. This year’s EGR B2B Awards were particularly great for the online gambling sector of the Isle of Man. Companies with headquarters there were nominated for 18 awards and went on to pick up a total of five awards. Continent 8 Technologies was awarded the Data Centre of the Year. They have won this award for the third year in a row. More Details on New Jersey Online Gambling Bill
More Details on New Jersey Online Gambling Bill By: Joe Valentino, Tuesday May 15th 20120 Comments Email PrintLast week the New Jersey House Committee passed its version of Senator Ray Lesniak’s online gambling bill. The Senator has now announced that the Senate version of the bill, which had been passed by a Senate committee earlier, will be put before the full Senate for a vote on May 31. No date for a full Assembly vote has yet been announced. It was revealed last week, that the Assembly version of the bill, known as AB2578, had several amendments to it. Some of the amendments were available in news reports then, but now it seems that the amendments are more severe and far reaching than envisaged earlier. Section 37 will be crucial for online gambling operators that continued to service customers in the United States after the UIGEA was implemented in 2006. PokerStars is one of the key players in this category. The amended Section 37 states that any company that took bets from American players after December 31, 2006 will be denied an online gambling license in New Jersey. All possible loop holes have been plugged to prevent corporate maneuvering to get around the ban. However, there is a provision that permits applicants associated with defaulting operators to seek a waiver after meeting certain strict conditions. Experts have opined that the amendments have been made to strengthen and protect major land casino companies that have been showing interest in a legalized online gambling regime through partnerships with experienced online gambling operators with a clean post-UIGEA record like 888.com and Bwin.Party digital entertainment. It is meant to keep out operators like PokerStars that till Black Friday held a major share of the unregulated online gambling market in the United States. Another issue that may create an impediment to the legalization and regulation of online gambling in New Jersey is a recent Fairleigh Dickinson University Public Mind Poll whose results were just made public. The poll found that 58% of New Jersey State residents oppose legalized online gambling, while only 31% are in favor. Ironically the situation is reverse for legalization of sports betting. 60% of voters were in favor, 26% were against and 14% were unsure. 797 registered statewide voters participated in the telephone poll between April 30 and May 6. The other interesting details made available are that women were against online gambling with a margin of 65% to 25%; men were against by 52% to 37% and the only age group that supported online gambling was the 30 and under age group. Peter Woolley, director of the poll, said, “Online gambling may be a good bet for new state revenue, but lots of voters don’t think it’s a good bet for New Jersey.” News Item Tools Email Print Digg Del.icio.us StumbleUpon Comments Add Comment Add Comment You must be signed-in to add a comment: – Sign-in – Register More News Sloto’ Cash Online Casino Poker Jackpot WinMore Details on New Jersey Online Gambling BillVirgin Casino Grand Prix Online PromoGambling Reports in the United KingdomMicrogaming Launches New Feature Rich Online Slot
