Microgaming Gets New Online Casino Clients Microgaming Gets New Online Casino Clients By: Fabian Rictor, Thursday July 12th 20120 Comments   Email   PrintBulldog777 operates an online or mobile casino powered by Microgaming. It also offers online poker and sports book portals. Through a press release Bulldog777 has announced that it has signed up Microgaming’s new Diamond Edition live dealer games that feature higher definition video and real time depiction of all player bet action. This latest upgrade of Microgaming live dealer casino games includes Roulette, Multi Player Roulette, Multi Player Blackjack, Multi Player Baccarat and Dragon Bonus Baccarat. Dragon Bonus Baccarat is an exciting game in which players can wager on the margin of victory and is not available in the regular Microgaming online casino. The Dog is the mascot of Bulldog777, who claims to be the most interesting and charismatic dog in the world. He said, “The smile of a beautiful woman is one of the pleasures that make life worth living, don’t you think? There’s something about surrounding myself with beautiful women that just makes me feel, I don’t know . . . lucky.” Players at Bulldog777 have appreciated the live casino experience that Microgaming Diamond Edition live dealer games bring on the screen. A player said that the experience was so real that he almost felt compelled to wear more than just his boxer shorts while wagering. “The dealer’s right there on the screen, you watch her shuffle the cards. The multi player casino games are cool – you can see other players placing their bets.” Now the players want waitress service as well and, judging by the way Microgaming is introducing developments, it may not be that long in coming. Meanwhile, Microgaming’s QuickFire Flash platform is also adding on clients rapidly. The latest online casino operator to sign on is BetClic. Stuart McCarthy, Head of Gaming Development at BetClic, explained why they chose Microgaming QuickFire over other options. QuickFire offered the widest range of games that were of the highest quality. In addition QuickFire’s expertise and cost effectiveness were highly appealing. Finally QuickFire ensured rapid integration with BetClic’s existing system. Through QuickFire the BetClic players will get access to a range of hugely popular Microgaming slots and jackpot games, which include landmark titles such as Thunderstruck II and Immortal Romance. McCarthy said, “It [QuickFire] was a natural choice for a fast, friendly and modern operator like ourselves. We are delighted to be able to offer such a great gaming experience to our players.” Ashley Sandyford-Sykes, QuickFire spokesperson, reciprocated the sentiments expressed by McCarthy. He said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with BetClic. The seamless process is a testament to our ease of integration, and we hope that our unparalleled content will not only retain current BetClic players but attract new ones as well.” News Item Tools  Email     Print     Digg     Del.icio.us    StumbleUpon Comments  Add Comment Add Comment You must be signed-in to add a comment: – Sign-in – Register More News Derby Dollars Wins At Rushmore Online CasinoInterCasino June Online HeadlinesMicrogaming Gets New Online Casino ClientsMummys Gold Online Flash Casino WinnersUS Media Mulls Online Gambling Possibilities

The online poker rooms offered by its Spanish licensees are part of Playtech’s new poker network iPokerSpain.es, which is the first multiple-licensee poker network to launch under Spanish regulation. Their fully customized Playtech online casino and poker rooms are up and running and drawing healthy traffic. Playtech offers one of the best live dealer casino products in the online gaming industry and that high standard has been maintained for its Spanish licensees. Online Gambling Moves Ahead in Delaware and New Jersey

Online Gambling Moves Ahead in Delaware and New Jersey
Online Gambling Moves Ahead in Delaware and New Jersey By: Joe Valentino, Thursday June 21st 20120 Comments   Email   PrintThe legislation seeking to legalize intrastate online gambling in Delaware is moving ahead at considerable speed. It was only last week that the online gambling bill HB333 was approved by the state House Assembly. On June 20 the bill was successfully passed through a Senate committee. The date for the full Senate vote has been set for June 26. If the bill passes through the Senate then it will be sent to Governor Jack Markell for signature. And unlike Governor Christie of New Jersey, Governor Markell has publicly declared his support for the legislation. The HB333 seeks to legalize online poker, online casino games such as slot machines, table games and keno, and allows an expansion into sports betting. The horse racing faction that was opposing the bill tried to stop it from being passed in the Senate committee, but failed to do so. The Senators in the committee apparently felt that the horse racing faction was being extremely hypocritical because it has been exploiting the online gambling channel for years, based on carve-outs in federal laws. In New Jersey Senator Ray Lesniak’s online gambling bill is being moved simultaneously in the Senate and the House. In May the Senate was to vote on the bill. However, the Senator did not go for the vote citing lack of support. Earlier, the New Jersey House Regulatory Oversight and Gaming Committee had passed the online gambling legalization bill with three votes in favor to one against, and with one abstention. On Monday June 18 the bill passed through a tough Appropriations Committee hearing. The local newspaper Star-Ledger reported that the bill would now be sent to a full House vote. However, a date for the vote has not been set. Presumably the sponsors of the bill are not sure of the support within the House as well. New Jersey Senator Lesniak’s online gambling bill will allow intrastate gambling at Atlantic City land casinos. The bill in principle allows the licensed online casino and poker operators to accept online bets from gamblers outside the state’s borders as well. This provision however will be subject to compliance with US federal law. The uncertain situation with New Jersey Governor Chris Christie prevails. In the past the governor had occasionally stated support to the bill and occasionally spoken against it. However, at the moment he is not indicating a position either way. It makes sense for Governor Christie to maintain a silence till the matter comes to him. If the legislators are unable to send the bill to him then he would be quite happy. The cat and mouse game is on.
